The time frame for standard delivery orders can range from 2-3 weeks (to be safe) and divided into two parts:
Processing time: 3-5 days
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and mail post process the orders, which can take an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: 7 -14 days
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most U.S/Canada/International orders are shipped by special line, a more affordable and quicker way for customers to receive their purchases from online stores. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items under standard special line delivery usually take between 7 -14 days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer from time to time, especially during holidays.
We are currently exploring new options that will cut down shipping to less than a week delivery, but in the meantime we hope you can bear the 2-3-week delivery.
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 30 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.
